NPMCN Part One Application Form Registration Procedures. In this article, I will share the complete procedures on how to complete the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) Part One Application Form online. NPMCN fellowship examinations and NPMCN Part I Fellowship Examination requirements.

NPMCN Part One Application Form.

Candidates are qualified to sit for the Part I Fellowship Examination at the end of the first 24 to 36 months of Residency training (Junior Residency). This examination is administered to test cognitive knowledge and basic professional skills in the relevant discipline represented by each Faculty.

The format for this examination varies from Faculty to Faculty and details are provided in each Faculty’s Handbook.

Required Documents to be Uploaded by Candidates Applying for Part 1 NPMCN Fellowship Examinations

Passport Photograph (Colour) in JPEG Format taken in the last six (6) months in front of a plain white or off-white background and in full-face view directly facing the camera

Basic Medical or Dental Degree Certificate (To be uploaded in PDF Single Page)

NYSC Discharge or Exemption from NYSC Certificate/Letter (To be uploaded in PDF Single Page)

MDCN FULL Registration Certificate/Receipt of Payment for MDCN FULL Registration Certificate (To be uploaded in PDF Single Page)

Current Annual Practicing License/Receipt (To be uploaded in PDF Single Page)

NPMCN Fellow’s Recommendation Form (To be uploaded in PDF Single Page)

NPMCN Primary Result or NPMCN Certificate of Exemption (To be uploaded in PDF Single Page)

Certificate of Training (valid for TWO years/maximum of 4 consecutive Examinations). However, form should be freshly completed and signed for each examination (To be uploaded in PDF Multiple Pages [Where applicable])

Clinical Log Book/Field Posting Log Book where applicable (To be uploaded in PDF Multiple Pages)

Annual Progress Report Year 1 (To be uploaded in PDF Multiple Pages [Minimum of Six (6) pages to include endorsement by HOD and CMAC/CMD])

Annual Progress Report Year 2 (To be uploaded in PDF Multiple Pages [Minimum of Six (6) pages to include endorsement by HOD and CMAC/CMD])

Update/Revision Course as specified by Faculty, but minimum time validity should be anytime in the preceding year (To be uploaded in PDF Multiple Pages [Where applicable])

  1. Visit www.eportal.npmcn.edu.ng and Login if you’re an existing user or Signup for new candidates.
  2. Click on “Start Part 1 Application” to proceed to payment ( You will receive a notification mail after successful payment)

Resume application

Fill the form

a. Upload passport

b. Fill the fields

c. Upload required documents in PDF

Submit Application (You will receive a notification mail after successful submission)
