Technician needed at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. The position role includes, but is not limited to, repairing and servicing machines in the plants to ensure continuous operations. The ideal candidate should possess O’level/NABTEB/Trade Test Certificate.

Job Location: Nigeria.

The Job

  • Repair and service machines in the plants to ensure continuous operations
  • Fabricate parts needed for repair work
  • Clean work environment to ensure their hygienic condition
  • Erection and installation of machines
  • Carry out analysis of all automation systems and troubleshoot problems to aid effective maintenance
  • Carry out Planned preventive maintenance with reference to job orders

Requirements/Qualification

  • O’level/NABTEB/Trade Test Certificate.

Experience:

  • 2 years relevant experience.

The person must:

  • Have hands on experience on instrumentation.

2. Job Title: Fitter

Fitter needed at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. The position role includes, but is not limited to, carrying out analysis of automation systems and troubleshoot. The ideal candidate should possess ND in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Location: Nigeria.

The Job

  • Carry out analysis of automation systems and troubleshoot.
  • Repair faults or damages on the Process, Silo and Packing machines.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and other maintenance activities on machines.
  • Set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment
  • Operate machines to produce parts or tools by turning, boring, milling, planning, shaping, slotting, grinding or drilling metal stock or components
  • Dismantle faulty tools and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts.

The Person

  • Must have good troubleshooting skills

Qualification

  • O’ level/NABTEB Certification
  • ND in Mechanical Engineering
